  1. Promotion period: from 14 July 2023 – 15 Aug 2023 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Advance booking is required. Please reach Humansa Eye by clicking the direct WhatsApp enquiry link in the description at the time of booking for an appointment. No walk-in services would be available.
  3. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made through WhatsApp or phone call at least 48 hours after the booking is confirmed. In the event of a no-show on the scheduled health check day, refunds will not be accepted.
  4. Children Eye Check-up special offer is subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  6. Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
  7. Humansa HK Limited reserves the right to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute in relation to this Promotion, Humansa’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
