2. Artisanal Home Retreat is valid to book from 1 December 2022 to 30 June 2023, valid for stays from 1 December 2022 to 30 June 2023, blackout dates apply including 23 December 2022 - 1 January 2023, 21 - 25 January 2023, 5 - 10 April 2023.
3. Offer is subject to availability.
4. Book consecutive 11 nights stay or more to enjoy 35% off Best Available Rate. If your stay is shortened to less than 11 nights, you will be charged the original rate without 35% discount at the time of notification.
5. Cancellation and amendment policy is by 16:00 hours Hong Kong local time, 3 days prior to the arrival date to avoid first night rental penalty plus 10% service charge. No show fee applies.
6. Artisanal Home Retreat cannot be used in conjunction with KLUB 11 membership discount unless specified.
7. Guests are required to present their registered KLUB 11 membership number upon check-in to enjoy the credits. New registration upon check-in is welcomed.
8. K11 ARTUS reserves the right to amend the above conditions from time to time. Any disputes will be resolved and decided upon solely by K11 ARTUS, which the decision will be final.
9. The T&Cs are in English and Chinese, however, in the instance of any conflict between the translations, the English language shall prevail.
