The flu, also known as influenza, is an acute illness affecting the respiratory system which originates from influenza viruses. In Hong Kong, H1N1 and H3N2 subtypes of influenza A virus along with influenza B virus are observed most frequently in January to March/April and July to August. Symptoms such as fever, sore throat, coughing, runny nose, headache, muscle pain and weariness usually appear due to this condition.

The virus is contagious and primarily transmitted through respiratory droplets and close contact. Children and adolescents:

• 6 months to under 9 years:
  If they have never been vaccinated against influenza, two doses are required with consultations. Price: HK$480 x 2 (includes consultation)
• 9 years & above to under 18 years:
  If they have never been vaccinated against influenza, one dose is required, along with a consultation. Price: HK$480 (includes consultation)
• 6 months to under 18 years:
  If they have previously received influenza vaccination, only one dose is needed, along with a consultation. Price: HK$480 (includes consultation)

Adults:

• 18 years and above:
  If they have never been vaccinated against influenza, one dose is required, along with a consultation with a doctor. Price: HK$480 (includes consultation)
• 18 years and above:
  If they have previously received influenza vaccination, only one dose is needed, and no consultation with a doctor is required. Price: HK$380

4. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made through WhatsApp or phone call at least 48 hours after the booking is confirmed. In the event of a no-show, any reserved dose (even if unused) will be considered as consumed and refunds will not be accepted.
5. Vaccine is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
6. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers; it cannot be exchangeable for cash or other product. The offer is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
7. Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
